Please consult the 2026 USA Softball age chart here to determine your player's softball age.

Important Dates: (times TBD)

• 8/13 - Registration Closes
• 8/16 - Manager Announcements
• 8/17 - Select Tryouts 
• 8/20 - Select Make Up Tryouts
• 8/23 - Select Rosters Finalized and Announced
• 8/23 - Fall Ball Tryouts 
• 8/25 - Fall Ball Make Up Tryouts
• 8/28 & 8/29 - Fall Ball Draft
• 8/30 & 8/31 - Meet the Manager
• 9/1 - Practices Begin
• 9/13 - Season Opens (Let the games begin!)
• 11/10 - Week of Playoffs (Night games)
• 11/15 - Championship Games

A few things to be aware of if you haven't played with La Verne Girls Softball Association previously:

We are a recreational girls softball league open to all skill sets and ages 4-14. LVGSA strives to ensure that all players learn valuable skills both on and off the field including sportsmanship and camaraderie, resilience and hard work, competitiveness, compassion, and positivity. We believe these are characteristics of great players, but more importantly, great humans.
